The photo will not upload
Check that the file is JPG, PNG or WebP and no larger than 10 MB. Make sure you are signed in to the account you intend to use. An unsupported or damaged file needs to be replaced before generation can begin.
If the page says the service is unavailable, buying credits or repeatedly uploading a photo will not open it. Wait for availability to return or contact support.
The task is pending or progress cannot be loaded
Stay with the existing task. Once the page confirms that a request is saved, you can return through My videos using the same account. The status-check control retries the lookup without creating another generation.
A pending, processing or review-required status is not a confirmed failure. Keep the task ID if you need support. Do not assume the task was cancelled just because a browser tab closed.
The task failed. What happens to the credits?
Confirmed failed tasks return the credits charged for that generation. The interface distinguishes a completed credit return from one that is still pending or needs review.
A credit return restores the in-app balance. It is different from refunding a card payment. For a payment issue, use the refund policy and include the order reference as well as the task ID.
The result exists but I cannot download it
Open the completed task while signed in to its owner account. A copied private file link may not work for another person or after it expires. Return to the account’s download action to request the file again.
If the MP4 plays but the face looks wrong, that is a result-quality issue, not an upload failure. Send support the task ID and the point in the clip where the problem appears. Never include passwords or full payment-card details.
