Failed generation credits

When a task is confirmed as failed, its generation credits return to your balance once. This is a credit adjustment, not a refund to your card. A task still under review is not a confirmed failure.

Payment refunds

To request a review, contact support with your account email, payment reference and a description of the problem. Do not send card details or passwords. Requests are assessed against payment status, credit usage and applicable consumer rights. We do not promise automatic approval or a particular bank processing time.

If a payment is refunded, its unused credits are removed from your balance. Partially used packs or partial refunds require a review. Any rights provided by applicable law are unaffected.

Before purchasing

Check that generation is available, review the pack price and read the terms. Facial likeness and creative quality can vary. Purchases remain closed while payment setup is incomplete.
