Terms of Service

1. Age and photo permissions

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement to use the service. Only submit photos of yourself or other adults who have explicitly agreed to their photos being uploaded, sent to the providers described in the Privacy Policy and used to create the requested AI video. Photos of minors are not permitted.

You must also have the necessary rights to the photo itself. A photo being publicly accessible does not establish permission to use it. Do not upload a person’s photo if you are unsure whether you have their consent or the relevant rights.

2. Your account

Provide accurate account information and keep access to the email used for your account. Protect your password, sign-in links and verification codes. Do not share an account or use someone else’s account without authorization.

You are responsible for the tasks and purchases you authorize. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or a charge you did not authorize. Do not send us your password or sign-in code. Available account controls let you update your profile, review files and request account deletion.

3. The video service and AI limits

The tool makes a fixed party-inspired scene from one adult photo. Your photo is used as the visual reference for the dancer. It is not an arbitrary scene editor.

The available settings are 6 or 13 seconds and a 16:9 or 9:16 frame. Completed videos are delivered as MP4 files. The commercial BbY WOW recording and a watermark-free result are not guaranteed. Features marked unavailable cannot be used or purchased. Review the settings and credit cost before submitting; starting a task sends it for external processing.

AI can change a face, clothing, movement, background or framing. An exact likeness, identical motion or a particular creative result is not guaranteed. Processing time varies, and a completed technical task can still have visual imperfections. Review the video before sharing it and make clear that it is synthetic when the context could otherwise mislead someone.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to:

• Create pornography, sexual or intimate imagery, non-consensual sexual content, or any sexual content involving minors.
• Create violent or gory content, including graphic injury or bloodshed.
• Impersonate someone to deceive, commit fraud or falsely imply an endorsement, relationship or real event.
• Harass, threaten, exploit or humiliate a person, or produce illegal discriminatory or abusive material.
• Infringe copyright, privacy, publicity or other rights, or submit photos without the permissions required by these terms.
• Submit illegal material, malicious files, stolen credentials or another person’s private information.
• Bypass access controls, content restrictions or payment checks; interfere with the service; or access another user’s private files.

Input photos are checked before generation, and generated video is checked before soundtrack processing or delivery. Automated moderation may block a task or hold an output. An unconfirmed check holds processing or delivery; a confirmed rejection stops the task. If a provider is unavailable, the task may be held while its response is uncertain or stopped if the provider confirms it was not accepted. Neither outcome automatically approves the content.

These checks can make mistakes and do not verify a person’s age, consent or identity. You must still meet the age, photo-permission and acceptable-use requirements. We may restrict access or remove stored material to address a violation or safety concern. Contact support with the task reference if you believe a restriction was applied incorrectly.

5. Photos, outputs and music rights

You retain the rights you already hold in material you submit. By submitting it, you authorize us and the providers needed for your task to process, store and deliver it for that task, your account history and related support. This does not grant permission to publish your photos or videos in our public gallery by default.

Access to an output does not guarantee copyright protection or clear every third-party right appearing in it. You are responsible for how you publish or use it, including any permissions needed for a person’s likeness, a photo, a trademark or music. Check the rules of the platform where you share it.

The original scene, credited example videos and song belong to their respective creators or rights holders. The default soundtrack is added after generation; buying credits does not by itself grant a separate commercial music license. Use it only where you have the required permission or an applicable platform license covers your intended use. Dime Dime Baby is independent and is not endorsed by the creators, musicians or platforms referenced on the site.

6. Credits and payment

A 6-second task costs 10 credits and a 13-second task costs 20 credits. Replacing one or both people does not change that cost. There are no free generation credits included with registration.

Available one-time credit packs and prices are listed on the pricing page. These are not subscriptions. The pack, price, currency and any checkout charges are shown before you pay; review the final details before confirming a purchase.

Credits are granted only after payment is confirmed. Online checkout remains unavailable until it is enabled.

Purchased credits do not have a scheduled expiration. They are for this service, cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for cash except through an applicable payment refund. Check that generation is available before buying credits. The current offers are on the pricing page.

7. Failed and uncertain tasks

Each account can have one unfinished video task at a time. Wait for that task to finish before starting another. If its outcome cannot be confirmed, contact support to resolve the existing task first.

A photo rejected by the input check does not start a generation or spend generation credits. If a generated output is confirmed as rejected by moderation, it is not delivered and the task’s generation credits return once. A check still awaiting a result is not a confirmed rejection.

When a generation is confirmed as failed, its spent credits return to your balance once. This is a credit adjustment, not a refund to a payment method. A technical failure is different from a completed video whose creative result you dislike.

If a provider’s response is uncertain, the task remains under review until its outcome can be determined. It is not treated as a confirmed failure, and the service avoids automatically submitting the same paid task again. Check its status in My videos or contact support before starting another task for the same issue.

Keep the task reference when requesting help. Starting a task does not include a guaranteed cancellation or immediate credit return while external processing is already underway.

8. Payment refunds

Payment refund requests are reviewed separately from failed-task credit returns. Contact support with your account email, payment reference and the problem. Eligibility depends on payment status, credit usage and applicable consumer rights. Do not send full card numbers.

If a payment is refunded, the related unused credits are removed. Partially used packs and partial refunds require review. No particular bank processing time or automatic approval is promised. Read the Refund Policy before purchasing. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

9. Availability and account restrictions

The service depends on hosting, generation, audio, authentication and payment providers. Maintenance, provider outages or restrictions can delay tasks or make features temporarily unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a fixed completion time. Keep a downloaded copy of any video you want to retain.

We may suspend an account or task to investigate unauthorized access, payment fraud, a rights complaint or a breach of these terms. You can ask support to review a restriction. Any unresolved payment or unused credit issue is assessed separately under the Refund Policy and applicable law.

You can stop using the service and delete your account through Settings → Security. Review the Privacy Policy before deletion; account deletion does not itself confirm removal of every media file or payment record. Contact support if you need additional removal help.

10. Changes, reports and contact

We update the date above when these terms change. Review the current terms before a new purchase or task. Changes do not remove any consumer rights that apply to an earlier purchase.
