Who can be in your edit?

Having a photo is not the same as having permission
Ask the adult subject before uploading their photo for an AI edit. Permission to take or save a photo does not necessarily include permission to create and share a synthetic dance video.
Do not use the output to impersonate someone, harass them or mislead viewers. Make the AI edit clear when the context could otherwise suggest that the person really performed the scene.
What happens to the upload?
Uploads and generated files are associated with your account, and the generation service receives the photo needed to process the request. They are not published to an open gallery by this tool.
We do not promise that every file is automatically deleted as soon as a task finishes. Read the privacy policy for retention and deletion details, and contact support with a deletion request when needed.
Sources & scope
External clips and music belong to their credited creators. Product guidance here describes this tool; it does not verify every other app using the meme’s name.
