Privacy Policy

Your photos and finished videos are private account files. Making a video requires sending selected photos to an AI provider, photos and generated video to a content-moderation provider, and approved output to an audio-processing provider. This policy explains that processing, the records we keep and your choices.

This policy applies to Dime Dime Baby at ai-dimedimebaby.app. For privacy questions or requests, email support@ai-dimedimebaby.app.

1. Information we collect

  • Account and sign-in information: your email, name, optional profile image, account identifiers, verification records and sessions. Sign-in records can include your IP address and browser information. Email/password accounts also have a protected password record.
  • Photos and video tasks: uploaded photos, file names and sizes, your selected roles, duration and frame, task references and status, and generated videos. These records connect your private media to your account and generation history.
  • Credits and payments: credit purchases, usage, returned credits, payment references, amounts, currency and payment status. We do not collect or store your full payment card number.
  • Support messages: your reply address, messages and any references or attachments you choose to send about an account, video, payment or rights request.
  • Technical information: hosting and authentication services process request and device information to deliver the site, maintain sessions and investigate failures or abuse.

When Google sign-in is available and you choose it, Google supplies your account identifier, email, name and profile image. We do not receive your Google password or request access to your Gmail inbox.

2. How we use your information

We use account information to sign you in, verify your email, recover access and protect private files. We use selected photos and task settings to make the video you request, add its soundtrack, show its progress and make the completed file available for download.

Photos and generated video are also checked for prohibited content. The moderation result can stop a task or hold its output from delivery. Credit and payment records let us maintain your balance, confirm a purchase, return credits for a confirmed failed task and resolve billing questions. Support information is used to answer your request. Technical records help us maintain the service, investigate errors, prevent duplicate processing and address misuse.

We do not publish customer photos or generated videos in the public example gallery by default. We do not use uploaded photos to train our own AI model. This statement does not describe an external provider’s separate practices; review the services below before submitting a photo.

3. Services that process your information

A service receives information when its feature is enabled and you use it. An unavailable checkout, sign-in or generation feature does not send a task to that provider.

  • Cloudflare: hosts the website, database and private media storage, and delivers requests. Its infrastructure processes account records, uploaded files and generated files. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
  • SeeAPI: receives the selected photos through time-limited HTTPS links, the silent reference scene and the instructions needed to generate your requested video using Seedance 2.0. Its underlying model services may also process those materials. Selected photos are checked before generation, and the generated silent video is checked before audio processing or delivery. We do not request returned frame images or turn your files into permanently public URLs for these checks. See the SeeAPI video generation documentation and content moderation documentation.
  • fal.ai: receives a time-limited link to the generated video and the soundtrack to combine them into the finished MP4. See the fal.ai Privacy Policy.
  • Google: processes the sign-in request when you choose Google login. We receive the basic identity information described above. Google Analytics also processes public-page visit information as described in section 6. See the Google Privacy Policy.
  • Resend: sends account verification and password recovery emails when email delivery is enabled. It processes the recipient address and message contents, including the relevant account link. See the Resend Privacy Policy.
  • Waffo: processes checkout and payment details when online checkout is enabled. We receive payment references and status needed to confirm credits. While checkout is unavailable, an email inquiry only opens your email application; it does not charge you or grant credits.

These services may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their processing locations, safeguards and retention practices depend on their services and policies. Deleting a file from this website does not, by itself, confirm deletion from a provider’s systems. We do not promise a specific deletion time for materials processed by SeeAPI or another external provider.

We may also disclose relevant information when required by law or when necessary to investigate fraud, protect someone’s safety or resolve a rights complaint. We do not sell customer photos or videos.

4. Photos and video access

Uploaded photos and generated videos are associated with your account. Viewing or downloading them through the site requires an authenticated account with permission to access the file. Providers receive time-limited links for the processing task. Those links allow access while they remain valid; do not share a private file or signed link unless you intend to give the recipient access.

The reference scene and credited public examples are separate public assets. They do not make your own uploads public. Only upload photos of adults who have agreed to the processing described here. Do not upload identity documents or unrelated sensitive information.

Access controls reduce unauthorized access, but no online storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact support if you believe your account or a private file has been accessed without your permission.

5. Storage and deletion

We have not enabled automatic timed deletion of uploaded photos or finished videos. Files remain stored until removed through an available account control or a removal request. You can review and delete your stored files in Settings → Files. Download a file you want to keep before deleting it.

You can delete your account in Settings → Security. Account deletion removes the account and authentication records; it does not guarantee that every stored file or payment record is removed. Contact support about any additional media or record deletion you need.

Task references, credit transactions, payment records and support correspondence may need to be retained to resolve an outstanding task, prevent duplicate credits, investigate a dispute or meet an applicable recordkeeping obligation. For a removal request, we will explain any data that must be retained and the reason. External providers apply their own retention rules to the copies they process.

6. Cookies and external media

Sign-in uses session cookies. The site can also store display or language preferences in your browser. Blocking or clearing session cookies can sign you out or prevent access to account features.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits to public pages, including the Blog and pricing page. Google receives the page path, referring website and standard browser and device information. We remove query strings and URL fragments from the page and referrer information we send. We do not send your photos, prompts, account email or payment details to Analytics, and we exclude sign-in, account settings and video history pages.

Analytics can use cookies to distinguish visits. Google signals, advertising personalization and automatic form, download and video interaction tracking are disabled. You can block analytics through your browser or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. See the Google Privacy Policy for how Google handles the information it receives.

The homepage reference video is served by this website. Article reference players load after you press play and may use YouTube or TikTok. These external services can receive your IP address and browser information and use their own cookies or storage. Opening an external source link also takes you to a service governed by its own privacy policy.

An email link opens your chosen email application. A message is sent only when you send it. Support emails are processed by the email services used to deliver and receive them.

7. Your choices and requests

You can update available profile information, review your video history, remove stored files and delete your account through account settings. You can also request access, correction, a copy of your information or deletion by emailing support@ai-dimedimebaby.app.

Send the request from your account email where possible. Describe the records or files and the action you need; do not send a password, sign-in code, full card number or identity document in the initial message. We may need to verify that you are entitled to the information before acting on the request.

Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, obtain a portable copy or raise a concern with your local data-protection authority. Contact us to exercise an applicable right or ask about a request decision. Stopping future uploads does not automatically cancel a task already sent to a provider; contact support about an active task.

8. Age requirements

The service is for people aged 18 or older and does not permit photos of minors. If you believe a child’s information or photo was submitted, contact support with the relevant file or task reference so we can investigate and arrange removal where appropriate.

9. Policy changes and contact

We will update the date above when this policy changes. If a new feature changes which information is processed or which provider receives it, its processing will be described before that feature is made available. Check this policy before submitting new material.

Questions about a photo, video or privacy request? Email support@ai-dimedimebaby.app or use the contact guidance. The Terms of Service describe permitted use; the Refund Policy describes credits and payment reviews.
