Can I use a baby or child photo in Dime Dime Baby AI?

Under our Terms of Service, you must be at least 18 years old to use the service, and every uploaded image must depict either yourself or another consenting adult aged 18 or older. Photos of minors are strictly prohibited across the platform. This restriction applies to anyone under 18, including babies, toddlers, children, and teenagers under 18, as well as childhood photos of yourself.

If an upload is rejected during our initial input check, the task does not start generation and does not spend your generation credits. To create a clip within our rules, choose a clear, current photo of an adult that meets our Dime Dime Baby photo requirements.

The word "Baby" in the trend's title is part of the bilingual Spanish-English phrase from the audio hook, which we explain in what Dime Dime Baby means in English, rather than a supported subject category. The visual meme itself places an adult subject into a fixed party scene to eat sweet bread and dance, rather than applying a baby filter or younger-subject animation effect.

According to our privacy policy, uploaded images are stored as private account files and transmitted to external AI providers for moderation checks and processing, with no automatic deletion timer promised.

If you accidentally submitted a photo of someone under 18, remove it right away:

2. Because deleting a file in your account settings does not confirm removal of copies held by external providers or clear all task records, send a message through our contact page with the file or task reference so support can assist with additional removal requests.
