Minimum purchase, leftover credits, and checkout rules
Because credits sell in fixed packs, the minimum purchase is $9.99 for 20 credits. Although a 6-second clip has an amortized cost of $5.00 in that bundle, you cannot buy 10 credits alone, and getting the lowest unit rate ($4.50 per 6-second clip or $9.00 per 13-second clip) requires the $89.99 pack. Generating a second 6-second video with leftover credits from a $9.99 pack spends balance you already bought rather than making a free Dime Dime Baby video.
Listed prices on our pricing page do not mean checkout is always open. Checkout stays closed when payment or generation is unavailable, and no charge occurs until you complete an enabled checkout. Credit returns versus payment refunds
Our refund policy distinguishes between in-app credit returns and card refunds:

- Payment refunds: Request a billing refund by sending your account email, payment reference, and problem description without card details or passwords. Requests require review before approval, with no automatic approval or fixed bank timeline promised. Refunded payments remove unused related credits, while partially used packs are reviewed case by case.
